IWT’s auto feed production weld heads are rugged enough to take on your large volume
production needs. They can be easily mounted to CNC controlled gantry systems, robotic arms
or a linear slide for custom applications. The weld heads are available in contact, gap or drawn
arc configurations. The compact design allows studs to be welded as close as ½” inch from a
return. Chucks, feed pistons and drop tubes are easily changeable with minimal tools.
