IWT-CA (GUN Only)

The IWT-CA gun is designed to automatically feed C.D. weld studs up to 1.125” (30mm)
long. When used with IWT’s UVF-2 smart feeder, operators can benefit from increased
production rates as this system can load and weld up to 20 studs per minute (depending on
stud diameter). Automatic feeding also diminishes the fatigue associated with manual loading
of weld studs. The gun’s spring pressure can be quickly adjusted for different materials without
the changing of spring or special tools. High quality hose jacket protected cables and airlines
against rough surfaces. Equipped in an impacted resistant housing and self-lubricating
bearing, this gun will hold up to manufacturing’s toughest demands.
