The IWT-CA gun is designed to automatically feed CD weld studs up to 1.125” (30mm) long. When used with IWT’s UVF-2 Smart Feeder, operators can benefit from increased production rates as this system can load and weld up to 20 studs per minute (depending on stud diameter). Automatic feeding also diminishes the fatigue associated with the manual loading of weld studs. The guns’ spring pressure can be quickly adjusted for different materials without the changing of springs or use of special tools. A high-quality hose jacket protects cables and airlines against rough surfaces, allowing it to hold up to the toughest demands of manufacturing.
